Problem -- As i understand it you cant mix pal & ntsc with spruce, so i converted 2 of my vcd's to pal to make 4 films going on a dvd compilation, When i played them back on DVD they are jerkey around the bottom third of the screen, & only on the ntsc converted films, I Used tmpeg to convert them,Any ideas?
