crazy sync problem

Ok. I just encoded "Lord of the Rings".
Made a 2,1 GB DivX 4.12 file.
2-pass with audio 192 Kbit.

When playing the movie from beginning
audio and video is sync until the end of the movie.

BUT when jumping around the timeline of the movie
audio and video is async.

Same problem with BSplayer and Windows Mediaplyer.

What could be the problem?

It's probably freaking out because you've passed the 2GB barrier for valid AVI's. Mux it in pieces smaller than 2GB and it should play fine.
