More flexible split point in Oggmux

Hi Koepi,

As I usually put other files to the first disc ( title music, preview, Vobsub subtitles ), could you add an additional field,
where a number can be entered in MB and taken into account as a
reserved space at the split ?

For example if disk size is 700 MB, reserve is 75 MB
than the split point should be 625 MB.
