subpicture problems

hi, i split ALI, both disc work ok in my DVD-ROM i play the movie with Power DVD, the problem is with my standalone palyer, in the second disc the subpicture are green..... :confused:

Go the same problem,
even when I go in and set the subpicture info to the same as the original by editing what I think is the hex info,

Anyone help out with this ?
