Strange choppy vob's after remux with Ifo or VobEdit

This is very strange,i have a m2v file(Rat Race) created by Rempeg2 that plays smoothly in Powerdvd but after i remux in IfoEdit i get chunks of dropped frames(the frames are not there anymore wich i can see when playing the remuxed vob in slo-mo).I have done about 10 other titles with the same settings wich play fine.I also tried remuxing with VobEdit with the same results.Is there another way to create the final vob file that i can try?

Well,it seems this is a known bug in IfoEdit after doing some searching.I guess there is no fix yet.One interesting thing i noticed was that of the titles mentioned(The Score,Enemy At The Gates & Rat Race)all are Paramount titles.Maybe we can have a sticky with problematic titles until a solution is found.
