Identifying First Play in IFOEdit

My brain seems to have shut down and I can't remember where it is. If I have a title where the first item to play is a PGC from within the second vts set (VTS_02_*) [in this case PGC2 in vts_02 using vob-id=2) before the main menu is shown (VTS_02_0.VOB), where do I find this data and is it editable so that I can select any sequence?

The First Play PGC is in the VMG, and from there it must jump to a title set.
To edit it using IfoEdit0.931 open the video_ts.ifo, expand the VMG_MAT (click on the plus sign), click on First Play PGC. You should then scroll down until you see a list of commands, the last of which should be a JumpSS (for a menu) or JumpTT for a title set. Right click on that command, select edit, and use the pulldowns to change it.
