Hello.
The stabilizing process I am referring to is a removing a small subpixel shakes from old dvdsources.
Does anyone know the possible amount of bitrate that can be saved after such a procedure?
If no one did find out yet, may somebody program a dll that will add a random _subpixel_ shakes into a stream?
