Is there any Qt DirectShow Playback Filter out there, so I can watch QuickTime movies with the windows media player?

about your question I don't really know, but there is a winamp plugin for .mov - but unfortunatly quicktime must be installed...

detailed answer: there isn't any direct show filter for quicktime video.
