I am not sure whether this proble is the same but here it goes.
In my case, vstrip has no problem demultiplexing a 24/96 linear PCM stream and ripping it onto the hard disk but then I am lost. I have done this before on 16 bit tracks and the ripped tracks have the byte order inversed from what you use on a PC but are otherwise simply PCM samples.
The resulting file from a 24/96 track has some other structure that I do not understand. Does anyone else know how to turn these raw PCM streams into a playable WAV file?
Cheers
