Possible substitute for DVD Maestro

In Trilight's Guide for copying DVD-9 to DVD-5, he uses DVD Maestro. This software is expensive and there is no demo available on the internet. Is there another authoring program you could use with the same features as Maestro and that could be downloaded from the net?
