Ok, if I follow the guide I end up creating a project that is 24fps (PAL) and I have to convert it to 29fps (NTSC) using Pulldown.exe. Even though it is converted, I am losing frames which results in choppy video during fast action sequences. Is there a way to just encode at 29fps from the beginning? I love the picture quality of CCE but let's face it, if I'm going to have choppy video, I'll just use ReMPEG2 and wait it out.
