No VIDEO_TS.VOB in Collateral Damage

I was having the problem with blocky pixelization in Collateral Damage and found the post about that but am still having a problem.

When I ripped the files with DVD Decrypter there was no VIDEO_TS.VOB file on the disc. When I ry to load VIDEO_TS.IFO in IfoEdit to remove the VOBID1 to get rid of the logo I get an illegal operation error and the program closes.

Is the missing file the reason for the program crash? Is the VIDEO_TS.VOB hidden on the original disc or just not there. In either case, is there a way to rebuild the VOB after the rip is finished?

there is no VIDEO_TS.VOB on this dvd. the warner bros logo is actually in the main movie under a different PGC. it's in VTS_01 i believe and is PGC_2. i just followed the IFOEdit & CCE guide and kept all the PGC's in the movie. It's actually pretty easy to do if you follow th guide. I am not sure how to rip it out without affecting the dvd structure too much.
