Adobe Premiere settings for video for DVD ??

I make some of my .AVI's with Premiere and I am making a logo with my DVD authoring studio that plays when you put a DVD in. The preview looks fine. Everything's perfect. When I export it to AVI it's really jagged and low quality. Even though I have went through various video compressions, including uncompressed, it will still be jagged.

What can I do for this ? I've used so many different settings, even creating my own !
