Can't get to Vstrip's command line. How do I do it?

I'm trying to make a rip of the Matrix, and after rummaging around the site, discovered the directions in the guide to Vstrip. Trouble is, I can't find out where the command line for Vstrip is, to type in what he says to type in.

If I try to run the vstrip.exe program, it flashes a Msdos box at me for a fraction of a second, and it's gone. Is this a MSDos program?

Yes, vstrip is a dos program. You run it from the command prompt, dont just double click it.
There are several guis for vStrip, why not check one of them out. Maven (Author of vStrip) even made one himself.
I thought it came as part of the downloadable package ?? :/
You no longer need to use vStrip to rip the Matrix. Any of the rippers will do - perhaps you'd get on better with one of those.

I was under the impression from what I've read here, that the Matrix was probably the most difficult to rip. I've already tried Gordian Knot w/Smartripper, with no luck. The rip is all messed up.

So, I was under the impression, from reading the Vstrip guide, that all I had to do was type in that one command line to get the Matrix to rip properly. The GUI looked too confusing for a newbie like me, but I can certainly follow directions (type in one line, instead of 47 different options in the GUI)...
