new software

I have just recently seen two new cd burning software programs which I myself havent tried but have had very good ratings if you know about these please share what you know and if any is better then nero or roxio.

the first one is called vob instant cd/dvd version 6.0 which is made by a german company. this program allows you to burn any avi file as a vcd file onto your cd. this could be usefull if it works the right way. Its format is much like that of roxio easy cd creator.

next is the CDRwin software which is for advanced cd use only, it shows everything that many people do not know and is very complex (so ive heard) this could be very usefull.

yes i have just double posted this, which is probably a no no but i did not know where to post it first so i posted it in the newbie forum (im still new to this) i would like any new info on the software if you have it.

hey ? CDRwin has been around for donkeys years, i used to use it extensively for backing up playstation games :D ... i dunno if i'd exactly call it "advanced" either, however i have fond memories of that proggie - very good at certain specialised tasks back in the day and very "not bloated". imho it has been displaced by other software now as the best cd imaging software tho - cloneCD currently reigns supreme in that area i would say.
