if vcdxbuild wont allow anything over 100 minutes on a cdr then how can one make a svcd with chapters crammed onto one disk using dvd2svcd.

The amount of mins that are burned onto a CD are different then the amount of mins that are in the movie. The 2 numbers have nothing to do with one another.
