subtitle order swap

Hy all..

Scenario:

Audio 1 = english
Audio 2 = French
Audio 3 = Italian

Subtitle 1 = English
Subtitle 2 = French
Subtitle 3 = Italian

I have figured out how to swap audio 1 with audio 3. How do you swap Subtitle 1 and Subtitle 3 ???

Pleaseeee.. Derrow, help me if this is possible

Doesn't it work the same way like audio swapping?
How about vstrip?

The problem is that , for the audio, I know where to go and swap these IDs...... unfortunately I DON'T know where and what to swap for Subtitles.... Can you please Help me....???
