Change CD only at chapter marks

Greets! I've pored over the FAQs and this answer may be in there somewhere, but since I've been unable to find it herewith the question.

Is there a setting which will designate DVD2SVCD to only chop the resulting CUE files at chapter marks?

I was backing up a music DVD which had frequent chapters at each song, but alas the change CD prompt cut a song in half. Ouch!
