I've run some tests myself to find out whether Bressenham or MMX Billinear is better.
In a few tests (I don't remember bitrates or other details but it was 2 pass encoding and I think the bitrate was about 900 - 1000 kbs) I saw no difference. In other ones I think the picture of MMX Billinear was sharper than Bressenham.
I'd like to read some other opinions
