I had a problem with a 3CD conversion of a 3hr DVD using 1.0.9b2 TMPGENCPlus2.54 which was easily solved....please read on...
The conversion seemed to work perfectly, and 3 mpg files were created (all good).
The problem was with the first cue and image file, which seemed to have vanished. The second and third images created fine and work on my HitekerAD700 perfectly.
After checking the VCXBuilder log, there is no record of the first image being processed.
Next stop was to check dvd2svcd_log.txt and found something.....the drive space barely decreased after the first image creation - here is a sample...

I then thought hmmmmm....what if I try that DOS command from a batch file and watch what happens......
Lo and behold, after about 10 mins a nice image and cue file were created for the missing first disc.
Now I'm not quite sure what went wrong during the original execution, but I could not find any log info saying why the files disappeared.
I have not yet tried Build3 with the same disc (75hrs go to whoa on my ol' P2-450), but endeavour to soon and will post results.
My point is, has this been fixed in B3 (could not find it in bugfixes), or am I the only one that has copped this?
Other than this......excellent (compilation of) software - did a very nice job in the end.
P2-450 512M 2x40g 7200rpm.
DVD is PAL 4:3 region 0, audio dd2.0, 2hrs50mins dur.
