I've burned a couple DVD's now and I think i'm getting the hang of it. That is, until this evening. I got a movie down to 4.39GB and am trying to burn it onto a 4.7GB DVD+RW. My problem is that nero says that the compilation won't fit onto the blank DVD.

Does anybody know what the problem is or know how to get around it?

Thanks in advance,
Derek

The dvd-r manufacturers (and harddrive) doesn't count the byte the ordinary data way where 1024byte = 1Kb. They use the 1000byte = 1Kb.
Windows and all other OS uses the 1024 version.

Meaning:
4700000000byte =4589844Kb =4482Mb =4.38Gb
