I have a movie that is about 7.7 gigs but the main movie is just under 4 gigs. Here is what I want to keep: the main menu (for chapters), main movie and 1 audio stream. The main movie vts set is in the vts_02 set. Can I use IFOEdit to do this? If so, how? Thanks.

start here : http://mpucoder.kewlhair.com/derrow/menu.html

But, for better standalone compliance, VTS_1 is needed. So if not too big, just keep it (it quite surely the FBI or studio logo).
Just change "First PGC" to start directly on vts_2, so it won't be displayed, but compatibility with standalone is OK

You can simply strip your VOBs with VOB Extras and create new vob files with the audio streams selected. Then, you have to copy, to where the new vob files where created, all the *.ifo, *.bup, and vts_xx_0.vob to that directory (include video_ts.ifo, video_ts.bup, video_ts.vob). After this, you can create an image and burn the DVD.

Before burning, you can check your DVD with PowerDVD XP 4. You can open the video_ts.ifo file from the HD and check the resulting DVD before burning.

That's all!

With IfoEdit you needed to keep the new IFos; they are updated when you remove streams.
Just video_ts.vob and vts_02_0.vob need to be copy, becoz missing, as all vts_01

If you do that with vob extra, there would be surely something strange as original Ifos will refer to stream which do not exists anymore.
