a Q on DivX Auto Launchers

i am kinda new to this.

i have used a few different auto launchers and all seems good, does the job.

but i wanted one to play a particular player and the movie, rathehr the system default player.

so i am using CDA, looks good.

but when i try to get it to launch a different play (even when its in the EXACT same directory as the exe) the movie doesnt play

i have tried different movies same thing.
tried Alpha 2.0 and SASAMI2K, both simply start, but no movie, i have to start it maunally then your away.

i write program/file to start as
"Alpha.exe"

that part works fine then program parameter as-

"/movie.avi"
abnd tried
"movie.avi"

i tried through cmd prompt and same result, so its not CDA Autorun thats messing up

any ideas people ???
