DebugView analyzer for XviD codec v0.8

Just some updates :

v0.8
Added Quality of XviD avi (Same as Nandub/DivX3.11)
Changed file from dbg.txt to dbg.log
Major code cleanup :)

NOTE The file now must be dbg.log
It's easier to save from debugview :)

but since mine don't work on your computer ....

I'm currently implementing OpenGL for
my graph :devil: (but i'm too busy with
my avs filters to work on it now ...)

try Alt-Dbg too :cool:
