Ok, I used your guide but only kept the menu, main movie and 1 audio stream. Used Maestro to author it and then reinserted it back into the original dvd structure. I followed your guide to the letter. Now , I burned it to a dvd-r and get a wierd problem. When I play it in my Sony DVP-S300, it starts, shows the Warner Bros. Home Movie logo, and then when it gets to the next Warner Bros. logo, it freezes, rewinds, and then freezes again. Now if I search to Chapter 3, it plays fine. I can also go back to the main menu, choose Chapter 1 (which is just like starting the whole disc over again), and it plays fine, no freezing on the 2nd Warner Bros. logo!! Crazy, isnt it? Any idea what happened?

BTW, it plays fine on my APex 5131.

I would assume its a multiple PGC DVD that you are creating as a single PGC. The first WB symbol is the second PGC of the main VTS. When you go to it -- it isn't there.

Why don't you use ifoedit, play the DVD inside it and if something is wrong edit the pgc dir...
And never proceed that way, first make several proves on you pc before burn!

Jdobbs is correct. WB titles are multiple PGC titles which the Maestro guide does not work for. You would need to use something like ReelDVD in order to recreate the multiple PGC structure.
