First, let me please ask the Forum moderator to bear with me and let this post stay up for a bit. It is VERY helpful to the users of this forum.
Shop4Tech has identified a problem with their shipments to many customers. Many (I apparently was first!) were mis-shipped 'other' DVD-R's when they ordered "PrimeDisc DVD-R". They want to fix the situation and are offering to swap the DVD-R's we've recieved in error with the correct discs, and take care of the shipping.
Call them with your order number and they'll make arrangements with you to rectify the situation.
It looks like an end to the problem a bunch of us have been having. Now we can go back to burning, burning, burning! lol
