hey dvd2svcd,
we all know you do a great job with the program.
But why not adjusting the program for DVD2DVDR?
Now the DVDwriter become cheap (350 Euro) and the media DVD-R and even DVD-RW become cheap (2 Euro/4 Euro) it's great to copy the DVD to a DVD-R or -RW medium.
The quality is great, subtitles chosing, zoom function, multiple languages and many more.

If experienced that copying a DVD (> 4,7GB) to a 4,7GB DVDR exists of almost the same steps your program does. Ripping, subtitles ripping, DVD2AVI, AC3, frameserver, CCE, and authoring (I-author of Maestro).

Even when the original DVD < 4,7 GB is almost a normal copy (ripping and burning).

It would be great if this could happen.

Kind regards and keep up the great work !
Cyber

Sorry but it isn't a new idea. Look above, see there's a Search button. If you had used it to search for dvdr you'd find this link:

So please, in the future do a search first, that way we avoid having to answer the same thing again and again.
