i'd like to ask some questions
1) i've encoded some ac3 -> aac using:
- headac3he for ac3 to wav decoding;
- psytel 2.15 for wav to aac encoding;
- mpcreator60 to create mp4 file;
i'm using wmp4player 0.95; everything is ok in 2ch encoding (excepting a loud click when i start playing the clip);
when i try to load 6ch aac files, they are loaded by the wmp4player but they can't be played; the player log file reports an endless list of "Audio decode problem at xxxxxx"; i'm attaching a sample of the log. can you tell me what was wrong?
2) can i somehow play the 6ch wav produced by headac3he ? (of course without reencoding)
3) at now, is aacmachine 0.45 the only way to encode an 5.1 aac from an entire ac3 track ? can we expect psytel problem with large wavs will be fixed ?
