Steady De-Interlace options greyed out?

I'm trying to use Steady De-Interlace, but all the options are greyed out... I've made an AVS of my clip where the fields are separated, loaded it into VirtualDub, added the Steady De-Interlace filter, but all its options are greyed out. The filter does seem to be working, aside from the fact that I can't change its settings.

I wanted to play with the interlace options and turn on image stabilization...

Any clues?

...there is nothing to change right now.
Accordig to what he has written on his website it was the future plan to let the user more twaek in details, but the plugin has never seen a further release (to bad, isn´t it...?)
