Vob2audio: cannot op file

I have a problem with VOB2audio. If I try to open the *.lst-file in order to create the movie WAV-file, Vob2audio returns an error: " Cannot open a file".
Very strange. It seems that VOB2audio is not able to open one of the VOB-files. Why?
Is there a solution, workaround or maybe another method for this, please?
It worked great before with other movies.
