DVD2SVCD makes 2 CDs instead of 1!

Since I finally got the almost perfect settings for my Buffy SVCDs I've been encoding several episodes always using the same encoding settings. Each ep is about ~ 42 minutes and since I'm encoding 2 128 KB audio tracks and 2 subtitles the bitrate tab loooks like:

Between 0 and 43 use 1 CD size 800 = ?-2404
Max. 2490 min. 300 min avg. 1600 max avg. 2370

Now the last ep I've been encoding is 42:47 and so one would assume that DVD2SVCD would produce 1 CD but I end up with 2 CDs! One file is about 830 MB (as expected) and the other approx. 43 MB.

Why do I get 2 CDs? It worked fine on previous encodings and the ep size hasn't changed. Any suggestions?

Darn, I knew I forgot to mention that: I'm using CCE 2.50 full version and 5 pass vbr since the conversion process is running overnight anyways so time encoding time doesn't matter.

You see, what really freaks me out is that I've been using the very same settings on the 10 former encodings flawlessly and this actual ep that's coming out on 2 cds instead of 1 has the same length of 42:xx min as the previous ones. I just don't get it. Thanks.
