Did you read the page?
Did you follow all the instructions?

Yes, I did and none of those points is true for me.
The only thing I recognize is that the url in my browser (IE 5.5) changes from "www.doom9.org" to "http://65.43.78.94/" when the page is loaded.
All links to downloadable files start with "http://65.43.78.94/"
The last time I visited the site and downloaded something was last friday. At that time everything worked fine for me and since then nothing was change on my side.
That's everything I can tell.

That's the problem. I don't know why your browser change the URL but as long as it does you're in trouble. :( Perhaps try another browser or another machine?

are you sure you didn't change something at your webserver.

are you sure you didn't change something at your webserver. Well, there are in fact several webservers. And looking at the IP you gave it's not mine, which incidently I replaced yesterday. But you could try another url and see if this helps, you got doom9.org www.doom9.org doom9.net www.doom9.net

When using www.doom9.org or doom9.org, the url in the browsers address field automatically changes to http://65.43.78.94.
When using the .net url, the address field does not change, but the links to the downloadable files still start with http://65.43.78.94/...

what you get is clearly the effect of a redirect on a server... address lines in the browser don't change just like that.. it appears somebody (even the server admin who was on holidays did not know about this) put a perm redirect on one of the 4 servers so you ended up getting a) another server and b) problems with the referer check as you got an IP only address and the ref check is looking for doom9.org/net

It was fixed sometime last night I think. All I did was close IE6 and try to reload www.doom9.org and it worked fine.

The latest ZoneAlarm also blocks Referers by default. Go to Privacy -> Cookie Control -> Custom and uncheck "remove private header information".
