Hi, my MPEG Layer-3 will only go up to 56kbits, 24,000 hz. Anyone have any idea why or what to do? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

well the audio I am using is originally 192 kbits, 48,000Hz and I want to compress it down to 128 Kbits, 44,000. I used to do it all the time with no problem but now all of the sudden the settings higher then 56kbits 24,000 Hz have disappeared. Is this more clear?

install the radium codec again, you find it on the download page of doom9.
BTW, you should better reencode in RazorLame, cause Lame is the best MP3 encoder there is!
For such a low bitrate like 128k, it would be better to make an ABR encoding, using this:
--alt-preset 128 --resample 44.1
Be sure to check "use only custom options"
Then you can multiplex the original AVI and the new MP3 in NanDub.
