I have been using your guide and it works a treat.
Would it (and how) work with Harry Potter where the trailers are mixed in to the main vob files?:)

Check your PGC's. As mentioned, if it is a multi-PGC title, then it will not work and you must use other methods. I've not looked at the Harry Potter title but I know it has a lot of special items and from the way you describe it, it's almost certainly multi-PGC. You'll need something like ReelDVD or Scenarist to properly duplicate the multi-PGC structure.

Sounds like alot of work, I'll just do the main movie I think.
What I usally do is load m2v,ac3 in to maestro delete the menu and make the movie the first play item. I have done loads like this but is it a valid dvd?
