ac3 delays in IfoEdit

Does IFoedit compensate for delays in AC3 streams when stripping unwanted streams?
I want to know if I need to modify the ac3 or do I just let IFoEdit take care of it.
Am I going to get audio video asynch if I do nothing (assuming there is a delay on the ac3 stream)?

Anyone please advise?

There's nothing to compensate, cause the other AC3-streams staying left, won't be changed by IfoEdit, and there's also no need for that.
If you just strip anything out, Video/Audio can't get out of sync.
