N.B. I was only kidding, in my message title, about the "if there were any [other contributors]". I know that many of our members have been toiling away for months trying to perfect the methods (and tools) upon which the guide is based. Rather than attempt to list them, and run the risk of forgetting someone, I'll just say that you all know who you are. Keep up the good work. :cool:
