Second audio steam doesn't play need help

Followed TRILIGHT's DVD-9 to DVD-5 "Full Copy" Instructions guide. Subtitles, menus and everything else works except that I can't change audio steams in PowerDVD 4 XP or any other DVD player for this DVD. When I select Japanese from within the language menu it doesn't work it just plays the first audio steam English instead of Japanese. If I right click to change the language while the movie is playing the word Japanese will show up below English but is not selectable and the hot key doesn't work either. Any suggestions?

You need to check the stream info located in the movie's IFO under VTS_PGCITI...VTS_PGC_1... and then the respective audio stream section you are working with. You may have to play with the numbers a bit comparing them to the IFO you authored and the way the original IFO is before you get them right. This is most likely the reason it is not playing.
