Chip.de has done the test among Ogg, Mp3, Mp3Pro, WMA,
and the winner is Ogg!

Of course Ogg is better than MP3 (but not thaaat better), but I still use MP3 and you'll see a lot a lot of people are still using MP3, because I don't wanna bother because of extra 32kbps, and then having trouble editing the result ;)

In my opinion, audio compression has almost reached its limits, there isn't too much to optimize after MP3.

@DJ Bobo,

Sure, since Nero Burning not support .ogg yet,
I'm still using .mp3 for my music archiving purpose.

I'm using .ogg for only with xvid for 1-cd rip project,
and now it's save to lower the .ogg bitrate to get the bigger
bitrate for the video ;)
