I have a strange problem, and at first i thought it was a querk about my toshiba dvd player, but it just happened in powerdvd as well.

when i rip a dvd with ifoedit, i can get it to work fine apart from 2 things:

1st: the 1st set of subtitles (if more than one) are turned on by default, and although you can turn them off this is anoying.

2nd: when the movie plays to the end, it goes back to the start and plays again! this doesnt really matter as much, but its intriguing as to why it happens! (it will loop even if i make sure the all repeat setting is off on the player)

at first i thought this was just my player, as i tested one in a friends sony NS 400 dvd player and neither the subs where on nor did it loop. but i just tried one in powerdvd and the subs where on by default.

i have looked but cannot find a setting anywhere in ifoedit that is explicitly for turning the subs on or off by default. does anyone have any ideas as to how i could fix this?

cheers,
daryl
