no audio on 2nd file

Don't know if i have done something wrong but my 2nd file bin/cue and bbmpeg muxed file 01 doesn't have any audio on it first file worked perfectly.I used the dvd2svcd build 2 and have just downloaded the build 3 but have not tried it yet will this fix the problem or is something else wrong???
