Hi!
I wanted to encode the first season of Angel RC2 with DVD2SVCD. Each episode (approx. 42 min.) should be with 2 languages and 2 subtitle streams on 1 80 min. CD. But when I watch the result the opening credits (for those who don't know: fast cuts, screen flashes, colored border) are all blocky, same as fast cuts where the screen flashes white in the show itself. Here's my .ecl file:
