DVDx doesnt load!

I have DVDx but for some reason when i run it all i get is the hour-glass and then it goes away. Nothing ever loads! when i hit Ctrl+alt+delete it says that DVDx is running!!

What should i do :confused: (ive alrady reinstalled DVDx)
