If the movie size is less than 4.3 after ripping with SmartRipper, using the back-up tab. Do I need to use Ifoedit at all, or can I burn the movie straight away ?

if a movie is only a DVD5, then i just use dvd decrypter in ISO mode. this makes a full copy of the dvd for burning. I don't think that you need to use IFOEdit on this movie at all, but since it's already on you HDD, you might as well get rid of the warnings on the disc.

You better do a GET_VTS Sector to be sure everything is fine for a standalone at least, and yes, perhaps change the first play to avoid the annoying FBI warning
