I'm still havin' problems with movies freezing up. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to get an earlier version of ifoedit. I never had a problem with movies freezing up when I used an earlier version. I can't remember exactly what version it was, I think like around .80 or .81. I know it was before the create ifo button. If at all possible i would like to get this earlier version to see if it will fix my problem. Thanks.

Versions .91 and .88 are at that link for download. If there is an earlier version that works better, someone let me know. I believe the problems started with the attempts to get CCE video to remux. I personally haven't tried remuxing since .6, on which I spent a lot of time debugging NTSC remux for Derrow.

I never had a problem with ifoedit until I upgraded from a lower version. I would just like to try an earlier version to see if it solves my problem. I would settle for any of the versions before the make ifo button was implemented.

DVDragon,

Take a step back...........

How old is you're PC system ?

Today, I have learnt a valuable lesson (not for the first time), ASSUME NOTHING !!!!!!

I had the wrong driver (AND... I had only loaded the "latest" driver a few months ago)

How "old" is your system ?

I ask this, because you mention you "can't remember" your earlier version.

If your'e like me, that might mean last week, but let's assume you mean at least a few months ago.

What version of software are you using ?

You give no detail of OS type (most important to keep track of).

It's less than a year old and i'm running windows xp. I know, I know eveybody hates xp but i've never really had any problems with it while copying dvd's. I really don't have a problem with xp except for some reason here lately the stupid "this hasn't passed windows xp testing" thing comes up no matter what it is i'm installing, including windows updates. Anyway back to the ifoedit problem, like i said i've never had a problem until i upgraded. I had no problem with movies like Ocean's Eleven or Training Day like some other people did when i used the older version. So if at all possible i would like to get an older version.

From what I can tell from the release notes, version 0.7 introduced the "create ifo" feature. So, that would make version 0.6 the previous (and one I tested for NTSC progressive and interlaced). It's available at http://mpucoder.kewlhair.com/derrow/
