Create Menu from IFO,VOB : Help

I have compiled a dvd with scenes from multiple dvds.
After using VOBEdit Join Clips I get the new VOBs and VOBids embedded correctly. Used this guide-> http://mpucoder.kewlhair.com/derrow/joinclip.html

I then use IFOEdit to generate IFO files. Original menus are useless as I burnt scenes from many dvds.

All the chapter points within the VOB files got translated into the new IFO files (I believe this happened due to the keyframes embedded in the joined VOB files).

The question I have is there a way to import an IFO file which will create a menu based from a template. Tried Ulead DVD Workshop & MovieFactory and Sonic MyDVD.

Ofcourse, this question is without demux'ing the VOB file (I hope the used the word properly), into other formats, and then importing those formats into applications like ULead Movie Factory. I donot want to demux.

Appreciate any thoughts.

I looked at DVD Junior due to information in

But this I believe will create new chapters, and new keyframes in VOBs.

I had a DVD writer for only 8 days, so I am a newbie. HELP!!

Got a trial version of DVD Complete (DVD Junior LE $199) from their sales department. It looks like the closest thing to what I need, but its creating new chapter entries. Why cant a program just import the chapter points from the IFO file, and allow me to simply choose/write the chapter title for a title/menu.
On a separate note, it would be really cool, if it took a snapshot of the chapter start and created a title/menu automatically.

Also, heard of Roxio's VideoPack 5 ($499-too much for my budget). Anyone tried this package, and knows if it has the functions I need.
