Is there such thing? The idea is to be able to play videos with Dolby Prologic I/II encoded MP3 soundtracks (in .avi files) on a multichannel sound card (instead of using external amplifier with decoder). Dolby Prologic II Is a good alternative to AC3 offering 3+2 channels at reduced bitrate and it's stereo compatible (can be played in 2 channel mode without any extra filters, unlike AC3). Any information?

Yes, good question !!
Any help ???
And can we use the DSII encoding in mp3s, or just in ogg ???
(I have saw this setting in BeSweetGUI 0.6b55 and OGGMachine0.5)
Thanx

Please first use the search option about Dolby Pro Logic II or direct show filter problems!
Dolby Surround Pro Logic II is a very new technologie. Decoding DPL2 on PC is only possible with new DVD software players like PowerDVD XP 4.0, licensed by Dolby. They implement their own direct show filters.
