Ok i've looked through these forums for a good AVI Chopper. I Found one but it dosent do what i need it for. I need to split an avi file in two, but the second part has to go over the last second or two from the first part, so you know where you are. I've used AVIsplitter which uses Namdub to split the AVI, and it works wonderful. Is there any way to make AVIsplitter do what I ask or is there another program?
Thanks in Advance :p

Hi-
Use Nandub itself for your splitting. When you split the second half just back up to the keyframe before the first half split (may be more than a second or two though, as you can only split on keyframes).

are you sure you want to do that? If in the future you copy the movie to HD before watching, or if you will be using 2 CDRoms, or if you have a DVD burner, then you will curse yourself for having repeated a scene on the beginning of the second part, I'm sure!

However the place I want to split the file is not on a key frame. Can I create a new one (key frame)? Basically is is trailer that take me well over the 700MB limit. So it is at the start that I want to chop off 10 mins or so....
Thanks...
