Multichannel OGG/ 6-Channel WAV to AC3??

how can i transcode a multichannel ogg or a 6 channel Wav (because with graphedit i can convert a multichannel ogg to 6 channel wav) to AC3???

I use Soft Encode, but you can also do it in Scenarist with the right licensing. I suggest Soft Encode because it is a standard, and I've never actually used the scenarist version, so I'm not sure if it works well.
