Another bad experience:

Attracted by low prices and good reviews here and on vcdhelp I ordered 30 discs that of course were all faulty and started stuttering at abou 3,8Gb and up.
Since I live in Germany and that was an international export order, I ordered an US deal for 100discs to pick up during a trip to the US before I received the first batch - bad luck or bad information management because at that time I hadnīt heard of the bad reviews.

Since many people here stated that the customer support was good and that they would exchange bad media I complained to them (Ed Law) and asked for a refund or an exchange of the first batch. Mr Law immediatly answered my mail to resend another batch.
However that never happened (for 2 months) and now they deliberatly refuse to answer my E-Mails or return my calls!! They just ignored my complaint and tried to calm me down by unheld promises in order to prevent me from withdrawal of my second order.

So much for their support! I beleive they try to make quick money with bad quality and donīt care for satisfied customers in expectance to be out of buisness soon.

DO NOT BUY THERE!!! BAD QUALITY NO REFUND!!!

I would have to agree with digisei.
I have not been able to get an response
back from them regarding a refund.
Not a word from them.

Oh and the refund is because the DVD-Rs
I got were of poor quality. Definitely not
worth buying guys.

Avoid them at all costs.
