Demuxing OGG

Is there a way to demux ogg streams?
I have an avi with chapters and ogg audio and I only want the video stream to make a SVCD.
The only way I managed to do it so far is to use graphedit but I can only reencode it and make a new avi with uncompressed audio and no chapters which ruins the quality. Don't know why since I used 1-pass quality based @100% in the DivX 5.02 codec. It makes a 6.5GB avi :) but the video quality is very bad.
The DVD got scrathed and I can't rip it again.

I already had searched the forum and if you look at post above I already knew of the Graphedit way.

I guess there's no other way for now.
